Group Counseling and Coaching

Healing and growth often happen most deeply in community. I offer group experiences that bring people together in a safe, supportive, and empowering space. Whether you are navigating recovery from addiction or longing to reconnect with your vitality, there is a place for you here.

Recovery Support Groups

Addiction can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. In these groups, you’ll find connection with others who understand the struggles and victories of recovery. Together we explore new ways of living free from old patterns—through honest conversation, shared tools, and accountability. The group offers encouragement, structure, and compassion as you build a life rooted in freedom, resilience, and hope.

Women’s Groups: Sexuality, Power, and Aliveness

Too often, women are taught to shrink, silence their desires, or disconnect from their bodies. These groups are an invitation to take up space—to speak your truth, own your pleasure, and celebrate your sexuality without apology.

Through guided practices, embodied exercises, and honest conversation, we explore:

  • Reclaiming sexuality as a source of power and joy

  • Expanding capacity for desire and pleasure

  • Letting go of shame and outdated stories

  • Learning to trust your body and intuition

  • Taking up space in relationships, work, and the world

In the safety of a supportive circle, you’ll find the freedom to explore what it means to feel fully alive—rooted in your body, grounded in your voice, and connected to your deepest self.

Why Groups Work

  • Connection: Healing happens when we realize we’re not alone

  • Support: A circle of peers provides understanding and encouragement.

  • Growth: Group dynamics inspire new insights and breakthroughs.

  • Empowerment: Being witnessed gives you permission to expand and take up more space.

If you’re ready to step into a circle of healing, empowerment, and transformation, I invite you to join one of these groups and discover what becomes possible when we grow together.
