Recovery Counseling

Do you ever feel trapped in the same cycle—longing for freedom, yet pulled back into patterns that keep you stuck?

Recovery counseling offers more than just a place to talk—it’s a pathway to healing and lasting change. Together, we’ll work to uncover the roots of addiction, heal the pain beneath the behaviors, and create tools to move forward into a life that feels whole, alive, and free.

I draw from evidence-based and holistic approaches, including:

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI): Helping you find your own reasons for change and strengthening your commitment to recovery.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and shifting the thoughts and patterns that keep you caught in the cycle.

  • Relapse Prevention Planning: Practical tools and strategies for handling cravings, triggers, and high-risk situations.

  • Trauma-Informed Counseling: Recognizing how past experiences may be connected to addiction and gently working toward healing.

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Practices: Building awareness of the body and nervous system to reduce stress and increase resilience.

  • Family and Relationship Support: Repairing trust, improving communication, and creating healthier connections.

Recovery counseling is not about perfection—it’s about transformation. With compassionate support and practical tools, you can move beyond survival into a life filled with freedom, connection, and purpose.

Areas of Focus:

  • Addiction Treatment
  • Codependency

This is not a dress rehearsal before a better kind of life. Pick up your heavy burdens and leave them at the gate. I will hold the door for you.
