Welcome, I'm Gina Gardner, CATC II.

I specialize in telehealth and outdoor counseling in Santa Barbara for people who want to feel more alive, connected, and free. I also offer telehealth coaching services and groups all throughout the US and internationally.

A part of the recovery community for over 16 years, I obtained my clinical training at Mission Harbor Behavioral Health, an IOP treatment facility, where I've worked since  2019.  As a CATC II, Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor, I specialize in working with clients and leading groups that go beyond just talking about addiction and instead open up space for healing, curiosity, and authentic connection.

My path to this work began with my own struggles with addiction in my twenties. That journey into recovery became a profound transformation for me—an unraveling of the old belief systems that kept me small and disconnected, and a discovery of new ways of living rooted in freedom, self-trust, and aliveness.

My work extends beyond recovery into supporting clients around sexuality, desire, aliveness, parenting, marriage, divorce, co-parenting, and building community. I love helping people discover what lights them up, what holds them back, and how they can step more fully into the lives they want to create.

A lover of nature, you’ll also find me hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring the natural world with my kids—because play, connection, and joy are at the heart of everything I do.
