Let's Work Together

Outdoor Sessions

Nature is a powerful source of healing and connection. Whether you have a longstanding relationship with the outdoors or are simply curious, I offer the opportunity to engage in nature-based counseling sessions. Walk-and-talk sessions take place outside, moving at a comfortable pace through a park, trail, or garden. The natural setting can make it easier to talk openly, reduce stress, and support new perspectives. Many people find that combining movement with the calming presence of nature deepens the therapeutic process and helps them feel more grounded and connected.

Locations we can explore: Douglas Preserve, More Mesa, Shoreline, San Marcos Preserve, Backyard of Natural History Museum, Mission Rose Garden, Jesusita Trail, Arroyo Burro Trail.

Telehealth Sessions

Counseling doesn’t have to mean driving across town or sitting in an office. With telehealth options, you can access support from the comfort of your own home—or wherever you feel most at ease. Using a secure video platform, sessions are convenient, private, and flexible, making it easier to fit counseling into your life.

Telehealth allows us to meet face-to-face no matter where you are in Santa Barbara, California or across the U.S. Many people find that being in a familiar space helps them feel more comfortable opening up, while the accessibility of online counseling reduces barriers to care. Whether you’re balancing a busy schedule, living in a rural area, or simply prefer the ease of meeting virtually, telehealth provides the same quality of connection and support as in-person sessions.
